FishforLife is an initiative which provides recreational anglers, ocean lovers and divers with a portal for submitting and tracking their catches and sightings, as well as uploading valuable historical fishing data.

Fishtory is a platform developed by Rhodes University, which allows and incentivises users to upload historical fishing data sources like images, news articles and journals.

CatchReport
CatchReport allows recreational fishers to log, track and share their catches. This information is added to a national database which helps provides a clearer picture of South Africa’s marine ecosystem.
